Hello

This weekend is the Eastern BB Classic.......in Tribecca. I am helping Kaylie, a woman from Boston..........she is going to be fierce. I am doing her hair and make-up and helping her pose. She is going to be very competitive.......I can't wait to see how she does. I promise to take lot's of photos.........so, stay tuned.

I am also helping several competitors at the Nationals in Dallas. My main girl, Tera Guzman is going to win the Nationals LW..... I am going to make sure of it. I am also helping Lori George from Texas....she too is a LW and is going to be very competitive. I am going to contact Michelle Morrison ( I do her Members Gallery )................. I might do her hair and make-up. This years National's is going to be incredible---- the women I know competing have given there all..........and plan on competing DIALED in. That is going to make for a very competitive line-up. If I had a prediction.........Elena Sieple is looking amazing. COULD IT BE HER YEAR.

I am sorry that I haven't updated my JOURNAL in a long time. I have been just a little bit crazy. I want to make one correction......This past competition year had been very stressful. I acted very selfishly......and isolated many people in my life. I have had this conversation before with myself when it comes to competing.........it can be a very selfish sport. It is all about ME--My training, My diet, My sleep, My regime...........etc..........became HIGH priority. I want to thank Dave for guiding me in the right direction.....and helping me win my pro-card ( twice ) this past year. He was the master mind behind my contest preparation and had to deal with my selfishness on a daily basis. I don't think anyone could have put up with my insanity. I just want to make sure he knows that he was appreciated.....and that it is a shame that bodybuilding has such a selfish side to it. We both love the sport---but, it can definitely put strain on a relationship.

What is next!!! I am going to Dallas, Nov. 18-21 , which is going to be more business than Pleasure. I am staying at the Bradely Suites with Amanda ( I am going to make a make-up artist assistant out of her on Saturday morning ). I hope she knows what she is in for. I am sure she is reading this--- I am sending her "FACE" as we speak.

I am excited to make the women I am helping----BEAUTIFUL and confident on stage. That is what this is about -- "TOTAL PACKAGE".

I will submit my IFBB packet when it arrives and list the shows I want to compete in next year. If I get the Guest Invite--- I might do the Arnold Classic........we are just going to have to see. The question-- Can I mentally DIET right now.

We will see.
