July 19- 2004

I am sitting in the Las Vegas airport. It is Monday night-- our flight is supposed to leave at 5:30 p.m. Things are not looking good.  People were bumped from flights, etc..............all I know, we better get on our flight. As it is, I will not be arriving to JFK airport until 1:30 a.m. I am going to be exhausted. Then- I have to do cardio, train, and teach a step class tomorrow. Oh boy---it is going to be one of those days. Plus- I have a ton of work to do.

I am starting on Jennifer Abrahams members gallery. So- keep an eye out. I should have it completed by the end of the week. I just updated Amanda's members gallery--so, check out her beautiful off-season photos at 13 weeks out from the Jr. Nationals. I seriously got no work done while I was in Las Vegas, computer wise.

However, My GIRL- Tera Guzman won her weight class at the USAs. I was so happy. I worked with her on diet, posing, and her hair and make-up. She looked amazing. I am convincing her to do Nationals. I really think she can get her pro-card there. I am confident that she has what it takes to win the lightweight class. She has the best shape. We just need to fine tune her posing and she will be unbeatable.  The funny thing, I never thought of myself as a make-up artist, but I love it. She looked so good.

I also choreographed the ripped to the bone, Deb Widdis's posing routine. She was by far the most RIPPED bodybuilder in the show. However, it seems they were looking for a softer look.  So, it turned out that she didn't get to do her posing routine. However, she has a cool routine for the next show.

Between helping Tara, Deb and Dave I had my hands full. On top of that I had to do cardio twice a day and train. Needless to say, I am exhausted.

My last and final comment-- the Alexis Park was by far the worst hotel of all time. The air conditioning didn't work, they didn't have 24 hour room service, and the bed was only a queen size. Never again- we are staying at a casino hotel from now on.

Never a dull moment. I am looking forward to some up and coming photo shoots with Brain Moss  ( hopefully to appear in Muscular Development ) and www.musclemoods.com-- a new website.

Thanks for all those fans out there ordering pics, etc.........................I want you to know that I appreciate your love.

Once final note, Dave and I shot with Diana Dennis on Sunday. It was amazing. We took some great pictures together. I will put that up next week. They turned out amazing.
