Hello everyone....

You know it is bad when one of your fans emails you and say, "Why haven't you updated your Journal, what is going on over there?"

Well.. always a lot in my life. I am in Detroit for 10 days and loving the repreave from New York. It is just nice being with family and having no pressure to answer the phone, be at work, or just feel obligated to do anything.

My family is just amazing. I started the trip literally running from the airport to a wedding rehersal dinner. I was standing up in my first cousins wedding this past Saturday. It was a very long day. And.. when you are dieting, it makes it all the more fun. I think my food bag was more exciting than the weather. Everyone wanted to know what I was eating and why I had to eat so many times a day. Once again.. always the topic of conversation I am. It was a beautiful ceremony and I made it through with no problems. I didn't miss a meal and wasn't tempted by all the extra's either. That means.. I am on it. My mindset is straight and for the next 9 weeks I will be basically on auto pilot.

Then.. the worst thing happend on Sunday. Our family car, Jaguar, got trapped in the garage door. It was so upsetting. He literally got trapped at the TOP of the garage door and half of his body was hanging ... it was so upsetting. Our little kitty is in critical care right now and my family is so upset.

On a happier note.... the Team Universe is looking like it is going to be a great show.

I have several other hair and make-up girls.. I will let you know more about them later on.

I will also be at the Pittsburgh and the USAs.

Look for me with Cheri Owen at the Pittsburgh.... she just recently moved from California to NY. She is ready for action.

Lastly.. the USAs.

My girl Tina Chandler.. from Texas is going to be there, and I am doing her hair and make-up. She is just adorable.

Also.. Karen Gatto from Boston.. this girl has some serious genetics and a ton of muscle too. Look out for this new girl on the scene.

Finally.. good ole' Me. I am prepping for the Europa and the Atlantic City. I have no expectations.... I am not one of these people that are out for the kill. I just want to go out there and perform. There are some great BB going out for these two shows... anything is possible. The look of FBB is always evolving and we just have to see what happens. I would love to qualify for the Olympia.. but, we will just have to wait and see.
