Hello friends and fans.............

I just got back from Altoona, Pa. I was working the Mid-State Tool show for a product I am sponsoring, T.I.P.S, A tire pressure sensor device. It was a wonderful time. I still can't believe how much small towns love female bodybuilders. I also want to thank all of my fans that made a special trip to attend the show just to see me. It was so nice and defintaley made me feel appreciated.

I will be traveling more frequently representing this product on a more commercial level. It is one of the first automotive products to believe in the power of a female bodybuilder to generate some excitement about a product. I am hoping that this trend will continue and that more of us will be at SEMA ( one of the largest car shows in the country in Las Vegas, NV). When I was there this past year I was also a big attraction. I will be featured on Hulk Hogan's reality show.. so check out the coming attractions. When you here about him attending the SEMA show, make sure to toon in. You will see me hitting a double bicep comparison shot next to him. It was so cute.

I also want to plug one more very important event. I am going to be lecturing on April 22 in New York City... please see my website Publicity page for more details. The following day I will be doing a muscle camp at Star Fitness in the Bronx. So, try to get out to one or both of these events. I will also be in the company of Kim Harris and Dexter Jackson. So, we should be able to put on a good show.

I am also guest posing on May 5, 6 .... this is going to be fun. Dave and I run off to South Carolina, the Palmetto Cup and then fly to Boston the next day to guest post at the SUNDAY show, The New Englands. It is going to be one of those non-stop weekends...........that is for sure.

Thanks again for all the love and support from my fans. I just want to let you know.... I am sorry if you feel offended when you try to IM me on Instant Message. My MSN Instant messenger tends to turn itself on even when I set it to , appear offline. When I am on the computer... I do WORK. As a web designer, I don't have time to chit chat.............. so please don't take offense.

I better run.... I have to play Catch Up with all my work from the weekend.
