Hello everyone....
It has been a crazy weekend. Krissy Chin stayed with us so she could train with Jenny Lynn at Bev Francis Gym yesterday. Muscular Developmemt is doing hard core training vidoe's with all the top men and women in the sport. I am actually doing my video voice over the week. It should be up there for you to see... hopefully sooner than later. You can see me training chest with Lena Sanchez .. and yes, I did my 100# Flat DB Presses.
There has been a lot of excitement over here. We have the North American next weekend, followed by the Atlantic City and finally the Olympia.
Tatianna Butler asked me to guest pose at her show Nov. 3. She is a good friend of mine and I said, NO WORRIES, I will start my diet today and be ready to go by Nov. 3. I have needed something to motivate me to get back on the ball.
