UPDATE:

I made a decision this past weekend... I will not be competing at the Jan Tana. I am not going to play games with my contest prep and when you can't devote the time for PROPER preparation it is better not to do it. Dave and I have a lot going on over here with trying to JUMP START www.speciesnutrition.com. We are working on taking the company to a new level and really start marketing this product nation wide. We have the only fat burner that contains USNIC ACID.. this hasn't been in a fat burner since Adipokinetic in the early 90s. For anyone that used that fat burner... we ALL KNOW IT WORKED.

I have been full throttle into web site developmenet again......I took a bit of a hiatis when I was working in the city at NY DIAGNOSTIC as the CHIEF dietitian. The clinic has moved and the location is a bit too far of a commute, so I am devoting my time in the business right now.I have also been doing a ton of choreography for upcoming competitions, contest preparation, and music mixing. I always seem to have my hands in a million different projects.

I just finished www.frankdefeo.com and working on Victor DelCampo's website. I will also be working on a HOLLAND SUPERSTAR FBB, Sashkia, this girl will turn pro this year for you. Check out her website www.saskiasalemink.nl.

It is hard to be selfish and focus on yourself when you are helping so many other competitors accomplish their goals.I made my dream come true last year competing in the Ms. O and Arnold Classic. It was a terrific experience and one that I will cherish forever.I am going to take a year off and compete next year. I need time to let my body rest and see what I can bring to the stage next year.'Thanks for all your support..................I will be guest posing in July and August... so, I am trying not to get too far off season....Colette
