Here I am -- at the Dallas, Fort Worth airport. Sure enough- our flight is delayed to El Paso. We have been traveling since 11 a.m. this morning. I am exhausted. I just want to be there already. Dave and I are training a very wealthy family in Mexico. The father owns a large Dairy Farm -- and does very well for himself. I guess the weather out this way has been experiencing lots of rain, etc.......All I know- I was supposed to be doing cardio at this point. Instead-- I am sitting on an uncomfortable airport chair waiting to board.

Regardless- this is apart of life. YOu have to be able to work bodybuilding into you LIFE- right? Oh well- I can't get upset. I was able to update www.bigmikemorris.com website and www.amandad.com websit. So- that is the good news. Thank god for this T-MOBIL internet access. I would be losing my mind otherwise.

Just to let you know- I can't use the internet or phone in MEXICO. So- I have no contact with the outside world. That is what is particularly frustrating.

I don't sound irritated do I?

I know- once I am there- it is going to be fine. Oh yea-- I forgot to mention. As soon as I get back to NYC- I have to hop on a plane on WED. and fly home to see my family. Never a dull moment.

I am going to Mexico this weekend. Dave works for this very wealthy family and they hire us to train the family for the weekend. They really take care of us when we are there- so, as long as I can stay on track everything should be fine. The food in Mexico is excellent. It is going to be hard to stay on my diet-but, like anything else- it is all about being dedicated to the cause.

The last time we were there- I ate everything and anything. I am really going to miss the REAL Mexican food.

Now the real problem. I am going to be seperated from the world. My phone doesn't work and I can't get on the internet. So- it is a bit frustrating. I am going to just have to realize that there is nothing I can do and deal with it.

The even better news-- I am going to MODONNA tomorrow night. I am going to be there at Madison Sq. Garden for the her last performance. I really am so excited about the whole experience. I love her.

After I get back from Mexico- it is off to Detriot on JUNE 30th for my yearly family visit on the 4th of July. The wedding has been post-poned so, I won't be having my wedding shower. It is a bit depressing, but I know it is for the best. I am not going to go into details, but, I hope and pray that everything is going to turn out OKAY.

Last but not least, I am going to be away-so, I won't be able to get back to anyone over the weekend. Please be patient- I am doing my best.

Hello everyone!

I am in Alabama right now. Wow- the south is so friendly. I can't believe the difference-- but, it is very apparent. Also- what a show. It felt like a NATIONAL show. There were almost 100 competitors and the audience was packed. It was a great crowd. I was in the company of Laura Mak, Stacey Hilton, Nasser El Sanboty, Stan McQuay and others. I had a great time with my routine. The funny thing --- people came up to me afterwards and thought I switched to fitness. Can you imagine. 170# -- switching to fitness. The issue- when I guest pose- I do more funky moves and less posing. It is all about being entertaining. Plus- I wasn't in shape-- so, I didn't really have a choice.

Regardless- I have had a great time down here. I have been on the phone with Amanda, Jody, and Mr. RxMuscle to get the scoop on Jr. Nationals. Amanda placed 2nd and Kristy placed 5th. It was a very competitive group of girls. Also- Holly Geersen placed 3rd in the Middle weight. I can't wait to update all the websites. There are going to be a lot of photos- etc................so, check out www.amandad.com, www.kristyhawkins.com, www.hollygeersen.com, and www.davepalumbo.com

I will keep you all updated. I also--forgot my memory stick. Can you believe it. I had the camara-- everything charged-- but, forgot the most important element.

Hello

I rarely read MASS EMAILS- but, Heather Foster has been sending me some good ones. Here is an example. Seriously- it is worth reading. It will make you smile.

Male or Female
You know how they say a boat is referred to as "She" and
classified as female? Everything in this world actually does have a gender,
and here are some of them:

ZIPLOC BAGS are male, because they hold everything in, but you
can always see right through them.

SHOES are male, because they are usually unpolished, with their
tongues hanging out.

PHOTOCOPIERS are female, because once turned off, they take a
while to warm up.

TIRES are male, because they sometimes go bald and are often
over-inflated.

HOT AIR BALLOONS are male, because to get them to go anywhere
you have to light a fire under them and, of course, there's the hot air
part.

SPONGES are female, because they are soft, squeezable and retain
water.

THE SUBWAY is male, because it uses the same old lines to pick
people up.

AN HOURGLASS is female, because over time, the weight shifts to
the bottom.

HAMMERS are male, because they haven't evolved much over the
last 5,000 years, but they are handy to have around.

A REMOTE CONTROL is female ... Ha! You thought I'd say male. But
consider this: it gives men pleasure, they'd be lost without it, and
while they don't always know the right buttons to push, they keep on
trying.

How do I start----------I AM SO SORRY about my site being down. TO ALL MY PATIENT MEMBERS-- thank you for sticking by me through my site troubles. This past month has been horrible- I have had so many problems with web hosting companies. I have already been through three different web hosts. I was most dissappointed with my last host---- they actually just removed all the folders from the server-- without even contacting me. It was so ridiculous. Hence- the downtime. I then went searching for another alternative. I was going to have to go with a dedicated server--but, thanks to Diana the Valkyrie--- they decided to help me out and host my site. I am very thankful for that.

I lost 12 members as a result of my downtime. I was so frustrated about the whole situation.

Lastly- wow, how time flys. Next weekend is the Jr. Nationals. I have a guest posing next weekend- I am coming up with the cutest outfit. I can't wait to get pics of the event-- I need to get some new photos taken.

I am going to dress up like MODONNA in the beginning and then whip out this cool MUSIC that I found for the last minute. It should be fun and entertaining.

Stay tuned-- members! I am going to have a lot of cool photos to come.

That is it for now. I just wanted to fill you all in --- about the website downtime. It wasn't my fault.

Hello

Once again- I had a problem with my server. They apparently wiped out my ROOT folder- which resulted in my having to re-upload all my files. So- for members, be patient. I am currently uploading as we speak, with New Gallery from the VIDEO from the 2001 USAs. During the night and mid-morning passwords were NOT working, but, will be working again NOW. If you are having any problems, please email me!.

I apologize for any inconvenience. I still can't believe I have to deal with all this drama with my servers. It was so irritating.

Regardless---------Things are getting resolved. I just wanted to let you all know what the situation was regarding why you might have had problems with my login.
