Sept. 10

Hello everyone.

This is going to be an interesting weekend. Kaylie Perry from Boston is staying with me this weekend to go over website design, posing, diet, and everything else we can think of for the Nationals in Nov. Let me tell you .............. she is a very talented BB. The most critical factor regarding KAYLIE...DIET.

I am also working with Cynthia Schaffer.... another promising Middleweight competing at the Nationals.

Right now...........I am working with the following competitors.

Andrea WESTING--- Potential WINNER of the HW Class
Tera Guzman - LW
Lori George - LW
Michelle Morrison - MW
Amber Deluca - HW
Kaylie Perry - MW
Isabella Turell - HW

I am going to be one busy girl at Nationals. I can't wait.... I absolutly LOVE helping out my LADIES. This is going to be a great show. Amanda is going to be there...............and we are going to be giving back to the other female BB.

I am also going to be in Texas in another two weeks for the Heart of Texas. I am missing the Eurpoa... which I am sad about. But, I can only travel so many days a year.

I will have a break until we head to the OLYMPIA and then NATIONALs.

Sept. 8- 2005

Hello

This has been such a relaxing weekend. I was able to spend time with my family and my NEW little Neice, BRYN!

I arrived in Detroit on Thursday and Alecia ( another female BB ) picked me up from the airport. We trained at the Powerhouse in CLINTON Township..... Then we went to dinner at La Shish ( a Lebanese Restaurant ) and I just about ate everything. That was the downfall of my diet. I absolutly LOVE Middle Eastern Food. If you have never tried Hummus, Tabbouli, Baba Ganoush, and stuffed cabbage with grape leave....you don't know what you are missing. The whole weekend basically turned into an EATING extravaganza. There is something about the comforts of HOME. I am helping Alecia with her posing for NATIONALs. She is going to kick ass......but, we need to have her posing RIGHT ON. She has a lot of potential.

But....let's talk about the North American. I was Helping the INCREDIBLE Andrea Westin. I have to tell you.........she is so impressive. I only DREAM I could have her legs. Her husband, Brian, is GREAT. They both were just so freindly and the ultimate irony is that I won the overall at the North American last year......the Year Andrea won the HW class. I really wanted her to WIN the overall at the show. She looked absolutly beautiful.......I did her hair and make-up and made sure that her SUIT was on properly. She really was gorgeous on stage. I just can't believe they placed her third.

The overall went to KIM PEREZ.... also another stunning FBB. She reminds me of myself......amaizng upper body with LEGS that still need to come up to match that impressive upper body. Kim........If you are reading this..........trust me, I know the continuous struggle to bring up your LEGS.....b/c I struggle with the same CURSE.

I really had a great time at the N. American. I also did Marcy Porter, and Ellen with Hair and Make-up. I am planning a busy Nationals......working on several girls that morning. Dave has special permission to go to the OLYMPIA and the NATIONALS.......so, that is going to be cool. His house arrest is over January 1st.........then, he is a free man.

The last of my story..... I recieved an email from SPIRIT airlines regarding my flight. For some reason I thought my flight left at 8:1o p.m. instead....it left at 6:10 p.m. Needless to say, I missed my flight. I was so devasted. I was dying to get home. Now....as we speak, I am at the RAMADA INN in DETROIT, MI. Believe me......it is not the greatest of accomadations. I am so over it. I just want to get home.

Meanwhile....I have to go right from Laguardia to WORK and that is going to make for a long day. I have so much to carry and bring with me. It is going to be a long day.....that is all I know. I just want to go home....relax and chill. But, it doesn't look like that is going to happen. I barely have close to wear to work.....that is another situation. I am going to have to do a scavanger hunt in my suitcase for something appropriate for work.

I hope everyone had a wonderful LABOR DAY. Up until my MISSING MY FLIGHT....everything was perfect.

But...in the scheme of life... I have nothing to complain about. When you think about what is happening in Louisana......this is nothing. It really puts life into perspecitive. We all need to appreciate how fortunate we are.

On that note.........learn to appreciate everyday. For those of you who feel guilty about smelling the roses.........don't, because you just never know hat is going to happen from day to day.

Love you all and GOD BLESS.
