Hello

Just 8 days out from the Arnold Classic.. you ask, Am I Ready? Well, there is never a tougher time to diet but through Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Dave's Birthday. So, I was faced with the dieting challenges. And.. I will say it as I always say it... DIET IS EVERYTHING. So, I am playing catch up right now.. and we will see what I am able to do these last few days. I am the heaviest I have ever been less than 2 weeks from a show.... so, let's hope this years off season has made an impact in my physique. We shall see.

My suits are on point... the routine is DONE, and I have everything set to go.

I have 3 shots on Saturday morning... 1 that is interesting, shooting for a FEMALE BB Book that will be published later this year. I am totally wearing my night suit for that shoot.. that is how much I love my suit.

I am also looking forward to a SPECIES SHOOT with Me and Kristy...Dan Ray is going to shoot that on Sunday. I think that should be fun.

I am planning on making to the expo around 2 p.m. on Saturday... so, look for me there. You know that is always a good time.

Wish me luck.... who knows what will happen. I just hope I place better than last year.

Hello everyone!!!!

Where have I been? Well, I have been preparing for the Arnold Classic 08 and I have such limited time that I can't seem to get everything done, such as keeping up with my blog. I do so many different things that I even have trouble keeping them straight.

I am doing the MSNBC special with Kristy Hawkins and she is planning on following us both out to Columbus Ohio and film us preparing for the show. It is going to be so exciting. I am looking forward to eveyone's feedback on the show.. it is very personal and inspiring. It really goes intot the psychology of why we like to LOOK the Way we Do! How it makes us feel, etc... How empowering it is as a woman, etc..... I think you will all find it very interesting.

So... what about those GIANTS!!!! I just had to mention that.

I am doing a photo shoot in the city on Feb 16th for a SPECIES NUTRITION AD. So, look for those to be on my site and hopefully other places too.

I am looking forward to competing at the Arnold but also the May 10th NY Pro! This is going to be great. I did that show in 2005 and I am so psyched that they brought it back.

Lastly... the American Gladiators are coming to NY on Feb 9th. I am considering trying out... I was looking to audition last year... but, nothing came of it. I might give it another shot here... as a contestant.

Right now... under 3.5 weeks out from the ARNOLD. I just can't believe it. Where does the TIME GO?

This has been the fastest contest prep of my life.... unbelieveable. I wish I had another two weeks.
