Hello everyone!

There is so much going on in my life these days. I had a bit of a scare about a month ago with my shoulder. I was doing flat dumbell presses with 105# and I was struggling with my last rep and I lost it on the Left Side. When I got up from the bench, I felt fine. I finished my workout and everything seemed fine. About 4 hours later my shoulder froze. It hurt to externally and internally rotate. The worst was trying to raise my arm over my head. I figured I did some serious damage. I went to Mike Camp, the best ART and Therapist on Long Island, but I was still freaked out. I had an MRI and it revealed a slap tear and fraying biceps tendon. I went to several orthpaedic surgeons and both determined that surgery was not the answer right now that most of my pain was due to arthritis. Yes... all the years of lifting heavy. I am actually going to get Synvisc in my Left Shoulder which helps with rebuilding cartiledge.

So, I am still in a bit of discomfort. I won't take any pain killers. I am just dealing with it.

Then, I got my breast implants smaller. I decided that my physique was just thrown off with having such large implants. If I am still going to compete it just makes sense. They fit my physique so much better. I think it is going to give my body a bit better symmetry.

We shall see.

I am currently preparing Lilly ( from China ) for her INBF show to win her pro card. Then, she is preparing for the NPC excaliber. I am also working with Tera Guzman and Cheri Owen for Nationals.

Lastly, I am doing Montel Williams this Friday, Nov. 2nd followed by guest posing at Tatianna's show in New Jersey.

I am also getting my mindset for preparing for the Arnold Classic. Once again, it is going to be a difficult challenge with so few shows and I am sure everyone is going to put in for the invite. But, why not. I might as well try.

I also might work with the WE channel on another documentary on the secret life style of women.

There are two more exciting endeavors....

I was asked to partcipate in a Reality show in Florida which I am waiting to hear back from.

So, a lot of exciting projects on the table. So, I can't diet hard enough right now.
