Hello

The last few weekends have been insane. Where do I start? The USAs! My best friend Amanda Dunbar won her pro-card and LHW class and overall. It was an incredible experience. It was nice being there to share in her dream. We had quite the winning TEAM....Robin Parker, Me, Gina Davis, and of course...........AMANDA. We kicked ass on every aspect of her presentation. Oh yes....one more important entity of which I myself need at my show, JOANNA THOMAS and her amazing POSING SUIT perfect fit every time skills. She had Amanda's suit perfect. There was no detail left to chance. Remember, the winner is the person with the least amount of flaws. That was AMANDA on July 30.... and no one deserved her pro-card more. I ended up doing Denise Odar, Tina from Texas, and Holly Geersen's make-up also. They looked lovely too. It was a fun but exhausting weekend. I was so proud of Amanda. She put her heart and soul into this competition. I enjoyed watching and listening to her trials and tribulations while preparing for this competition. She was so focused and on track..............it was so inspiring.

After leaving the USAs... I only had a few days to recover. I had the Team Universe that next weekend. I was about shot. Malea Jensen came to visit and help me through the hair and make-up marathon. I couldn't have done it without her. She was up with me at 4 a.m. and didn't stop until 10 p.m. that night....seriously, we didn't even have time to train. And... if you know me and Malea....we love to train and will do anything to find the time. But...this particular day...impossible. We did, however, train on Friday before the insanity. LEGS...........and she did it again....I was so sore. We did some cool intense new exercises......it was great.

Now...I have a little bit of a break. But......my family was in this past week. So, I went to see a off-broadyway play.....FATAL ATTRACTION, "A greek tradgedy'" with Corey Feldman. It was awesome. I loved it. I forget sometimes how much I love theatre. I have seen more theatrical performances than I can count on hands and feet.

Next week...I am moving back to LONG ISLAND. So, my year in the city is almost up. It was actualy the best thing I could have done.... I got a great part time job a NY diagnostic working with HIV/AIDS and other connections with Nexgen Pharmeceuticals. So, I have some even better connections.

Life is good. I am taking some time off from competing and working on my other goals. I can't help but to hope to get an invite to the ARNOLD. I am going to see where the cards fall. If I am supposed to do that show.........then I will get the invite.

Right now... I am working on getting myself established here in long island.

HELLO

Amanda WON HER PRO CARD.....Enough said. She was absolutely amazing. When she stepped on stage.........I KNEW she had it. It was so picturesque...... her body just flowed perfectly. I

was so proud of her. I know how hard she worked for this show..........she put her heart and soul into preparing for the USAs. Despite being in PTA school, going through her clinical rotations, and exams.....she managed to achieve the best shape of her life.

I was so happy to be there....to be apart of her journey. It is an incredible feeling of accomplishment and I hope that she just gets a moment to let it all sink in.

I am pretty exhausted from this past weekend. I was doing make-up and hair and it was non-stop. I honestly don't think that I slept but a few hours a night. I was just running on adrenlin. Now.. back in NYC, I am totaly shot. I have the TEAM U this weekend...and it is going to be insane. I have my hands full...but, I am getting better and better at getting things done, and done fast.

I will be there SATURDAY....all day. So, make sure you say, HELLO, if you see me. I am probably going to be distracted...but, feel free to try and slow me down.

I want to tell all the ladies that I helped.....Holly Geersen, Denise Odar, and Tina ( From Texas ) ... you all looked incredible. They were all so amazing and I loved helping to make them even more beautiful.

Also- Thanks to GINA DAVIS for doing Amanda's Hair and pre-judging....she was just a blessing. She has a way with hair....that is for sure. She was also so supportive. I just love that girl. Gina....if you read this...thanks for all the great posing tips. She has an EYE, that is for sure.

I want to also say, ELENA SIEPLE.......she was in the best shape of her life. This is the frustrating thing about bodybuilding.......you never know where the trends are going to go year from year. All I know....her time will come. If Amanda wasn't at the show............You would probably be awarding the pro-card to Ms. Sieple.

This is a game......a game of Russian Roulette. Sometimes you land RED, sometimes Black, and then.......SOMETIMES GREEN. There is no way of knowing. You just have to keep, "ROLLIN the DICE!"
