Hello my devoted JOURNAL readers.............
I wanted to update you with the DAY IN THE LIFE! First, NO Arnold Classic. I was hoping that with Denise declining the invite they might consider another bodybuilder to fill the void. They extended an invite to Amanda Dunbar, but she had to decline also. Unfortunatley, no luck for me. . They are just sticking with 14 girls and that is that. Until next year.

If you are in the area, check it out. I am going to be doing the posing routine I couldn't do at the Arnold. I hope I see a lot of my fans in attendance. They are going to be showing parts of my documenatry and have a brief discussion about the meaning behind the piece.
For those of you who aren't aware, an independant film maker came to me about 4 years ago to film my journey to my dream of becomnig a professional bodybuilder. She followed me for 3 years. It is an intimate look at my struggles with life, relationships, family, & bodybuilding. It is a very personal look into bodybuilding, but more about my own self discovery.
I will also be going out to California for the Ironman in February and I will be going to the Arnold just to watch. I am currently working aggressvely with Cynthia Schaffer every Saturday on building a Big Back and Shoulders. Since there are no SHOWs for Pro Female Bodybuilders until Late August and September I will be able to put all my energy toward my girls. I am also helping Cheri Owen who just recently moved to NYC to finish Vet School. She is preparing for the Jr. Usas in April. I am planning bright futures for these two ladies.............
For now.............I better run. I will keep you posted.
