Hello everyone!

I have been crazy.......hence why I haven't updated my journal in forever. I am helping several competitors for the NPC Nationals.............you have no idea how time consuming that can be. You see... I try to give them my all........but, with my job at the hospital, website work, choreogaphy, Private Nutrition clients, etc...........it can be overwhelming. But, things are going smooth. I have high hopes for Tera Guzman, Michelle Morrison, Kaylie Perry, Lena Sanchez, and Norma Nieves. I have my hands full........but, I am ready.

I am off to the OLYMPIA tomorrow. This is going to be quite the trip. Dave is working the German American Technology booth and I was lucky enough to be able to join him...so, that is where I am going to be. If you are GOING...........come say, HI. Charles Moser, the owner of German American, has a whole itinery planned for us. It should make for a lot of great pictures, so, look out for some updates.

I am still hoping for the INVITE to the ARNOLD CLASSIC...........so, the diet starts NOW. I want to get a head start so that I am not stressed. I know with Nationals.............I am going to have to take some time off.... it is going to be a crazy weekend.

I am also going to be appearing with for a TOOL COMPANY in NOVEMBER. Check out my appearances page... it is cool. Why not have a Female Bodybuilder represent a product like what we find on MUSCLE CARS. I will update you more on this later.

In the meantime.......lot's of hot photos from LAS Vegas in JULY....off season at 170#.
